Can I cancel my purchase once order is submitted and payment is cleared?
It is on a Case by Case basis for cookies. However, do note that for any payment made via credit card, 4% of the cancellation fee will be removed from the amount refunded due to credit card charges.
Once the product is out for delivery, the transaction would be non-refundable.
For cake orders, there is strictly no cancellation allowed.
We do not entertain exchange of products as well.
